During your training as a Demartini Method Facilitator, you heard me share how your brain is set up neurologically with a forebrain, midbrain and hindbrain.
As their names imply, the forebrain is for FORESIGHT while the hindbrain is for HINDSIGHT.
The forebrain results in pre-planning and PRO-ACTING while the hindbrain results in emotional REACTING.
The forebrain has an executive centre that acts to govern your impulses and keep you objective, neutral-minded, resilient, adaptable, poised, and present.
When you’re not governed by the forebrain, you’ll be run by the amygdala and your hindbrain, where you are more likely to act in survival mode by avoiding pain and seeking pleasure, and reacting to events where you perceive there to be more downsides than upsides or more upsides than downsides.
In your work as a Demartini Method Facilitator, you are already using the Demartini Method to help your patients, clients and customers ask specific questions to help them integrate unconscious information and bring order to their mind.
In doing so, you are teaching them the tools to move from a survival reflexive state into their executive center where they have more self-governance and self-mastery.
As you know, when you balance your perceptions, you move from a more disempowered state to a more empowered state. You activate your executive center which is the true powerhouse of achievement in your brain.
In my upcoming presentation: The Executive Center - The Powerhouse of Achievement, I’ll be building on your understanding and implementation of the Demartini Method by taking you on a journey down the rabbit hole of HOW the brain literally governs behavior.
We’ll look at why when answering the questions as laid out in the Demartini Method, you literally recapitulate your brain function from a more primitive, reactive, animal state to a more evolved, if you will, balanced, proactive human state.
If you would like to deepen your knowledge and practice of the Demartini Method and add another piece to the puzzle of the complexity and brilliance of the brain by exploring its neurological mechanisms, then register now for this very special in-depth masterclass.
